Why are we giving you free advise?

Times are difficult for all of us right now. Because we are Realtors, we have been able to help our family, friends and new clients buy homes. But because some are now laid off, have a decrease in income or are suddenly ill, they are having a difficult time making their mortgage payment.  Sometimes, we all need an advocate and mentor to help us through tough times and make educated decisions. 

We are dedicated to learning all we can about the process to enable us to help all those who may be facing difficult times and even foreclosure.  Helping people find homes is such a joy.  Seeing those fearing foreclosure leaves a sick feeling in the pit of our stomachs.  It's even difficult for our buyers, knowing they may be buying a home someone else is losing.  It's not a "feel good" situation.
