As Certified Residential Specialists, we are available to offer you professional help with all of your real estate needs. There are less than 20 CRS agents in all of Shasta County. We have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas such as finance, technology and marketing.
REALTORS® who hold the GRI designation have dedicated their time and money on real estate education to bring you quality service. Requirements include having taken at least 90 hours of specialized real estate related courses. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold the GRI designation. GRI's are up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues to better protect and serve their clients.
