Interest rates are on the rise, according to the Associated Press.

Those who have been waiting for interest rate to drop further to buy a home or refinance may have waited too long. Will the interest rate drop again, or continue to rise? Wish I had a crystal ball.

Interest rates are still historically low, even though interest rates are rising. It was 4.17 a month ago and rose to 4.63 for a 30 year fixed mortgage.
