Every day, Bob looks at the hot sheet on the multiple listing service. Each week, he will be giving his opinion on the top 10 values in Shasta County. He does not consider price, just value, in the homes he chooses.

He looks at all homes, not just our listings that are new on the market, that have had a price change, have just fallen out of escrow or are back on the market.
