Redding's Ups and Downs

Vacant homes are often difficult to sell because they have no "life" in them.  In staging a vacant home, we don't have to add the whole enchilada, meaning couch, beds, tables etc.  Sometimes just a few touches make a big difference. 

I think those living in Shasta County often look forward to autumn.  Especially this year after all the fires in our area.  So touches of gold and burgundy would be a nice addition to welcome fall when staging local homes.
