Redding Area Home Staging

List with us and we'll stage your home for FREE.  Home staging is not about trying to "fool" the buyer into purchasing your home.  It's about letting a buyer invision their stuff in your house.

It's difficult for the seller, suddenly your toaster and food processer are no longer on your kitchen counter.  It's out of your routine.  But it allows the buyer to think, "I could put our toaster here, and the food processer there."   The stack of papers and pictures of family are no longer on your desk, so it takes an extra step just to get your work done.  Although staging can be difficult on the seller, your house often sells faster and even possibly for more money.

A stager’s job typically begins with the much less glamorous task of putting together a List of Repairs the sellers need to complete before putting their home on the market.

However, staging a home is one of the smartest decisions a seller can make.  For one thing, pictures of staged houses look better in the MLS, getting more potential buyers to actually come see the house in the first place.  Well over 80% of buyers now start their search on the internet.  And if there's too few pictures, or if the pictures aren't good, buyers will simply click to the next listing.

With proper staging, a home will better appeal to potential buyers, inviting them to preview your home and envision how they would live there.
