· When attending a Real Living Real Estate convention in Jacksonville, Florida last week, I learned about several great web sites to share with our readers. Today, I’ll talk about http://www,docstoc.com. You can generate extra cash by uploading your documents to sell on Docstoc.

· But more importantly, you can buy all sorts of documents other people have uploaded. The cost is very minimal.

· You’ll find documents, templates, forms, Ebooks and so much more! Documents such as contractor agreement, employee cell phone policy, termination of lease, power of attorney, speeches, and thousands more. Definitely worth taking a quick look.

Affordable Homes Still Available

Now that the tax credits for first time home buyers have expired, there is much speculation on how that will affect the real estate market. The fact is, it is still a buyer’s market and mortgage rates are very low.

Also, there are tons of affordable houses on the market. And home buyers don’t have to look at just short sales to get a fair deal. But new home buyers do need to work with an agent that knows the local market to ensure a successful and fair home purchase.

Home Owners Walking

The number of homeowners leaving their homes and walking away from their mortgages is on the rise. With home prices continuing to fall, these people believe it’s their best option. Many are finding the banks are not willing to renegotiate their mortgage, but they continue to loan money for home loans

So I do understand why there is such an increase. My only recommendation is if you want to keep your home, continuing looking for refinancing options.  Laws are changing constantly so continue your research to find out what is available.
