Redding's Ups and Downs

Real Estate Professionals in Redding has changed franchises and we're now Real Living real estate.  We're thrilled.

Being in the top 5% of realtors in Redding, I believe in somewhat of a different approach to real estate.  Selling or buying real estate can be stressful, so it's important to have some fun along the way.  Laughter can be contagious and can be an important factor in keeping a home in escrow.  

I don't believe in following in someone else's footsteps.  If you're selling a home, just having your Realtor do a comparable market analysis isn't enough.  It's important that your agent educates you by showing you similar homes for sale in your neighborhood so you begin to understand value

If you are ready to buy a home, I think you should never buy the first home you see.  Looking at several homes prepares you for market value.  You can still go back and buy that first home you saw, but you will know it is the right home at the right price.
