Redding's Ups and Downs

The idea of giving added value to our sellers is exciting to me.  Especially if their house will possibly sell quicker, and if we're lucky for more $. 

Staging a home, in my opinion has to do with flow and balance.  Wondering if anyone out there have some good ideas of  marketing ideas that work in today's market.
