Homes for sale that need repairs and upgrading are often the best buys available. Did you know there are loan programs that finance both the purchase of the home and the renovation work required? Usually, the work is required to be completed within a certain time frame.

Even current homeowners can often refinance their home so they can finally do the renovations needed.

Talk to a lender to see what loans are available.
