Redding's Ups and Downs

We looked at an incredible home for sale yesterday priced at $205,000.  Totally renovated.  The only drawback was road noise from Bonneyview, but with a water feature and trees planted on the south side, it would be a dream come true for someone.  No road noise inside this fabulous home.
