Tax Credits
March 21st, 2010 11:39 AM

If you want to buy your first home, you must have a house in escrow by April 30th, 2010 to qualify for the $6000 tax credit.
With the expiration just a few weeks away, it will be interesting to see if the tax credits are extended.

We have helped so many first time home buyers and it is so fun and exciting to watch them when their house closes escrow.  It's probably the only blessing out of the recession we've all been experiencing.
