Every day, Bob is looking at the hot sheet on the multiple listing service. Each week, he will be giving his opinion on the top 10 values in Shasta County. He does not consider price, just value, in the homes he chooses.

He looks at all homes, not just our listings that are new on the market, that have had a price change, have just fallen out of escrow or are back on the market.

This list is Bob’s opinion only. Reviewing this list weekly will help you have a better idea of a fair value in our market and will help you make a good decision when buying a home.
